BOILED TAHONG


INGREDIENTS:
Mussels
Onion
Ginger
Tomato
Water
Fish Sauce

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Boil mussels (in water.. duh) together with one chopped onion, 1 sliced tomato and 2-3 regular sized sliced ginger. Add fish sauce to taste.
