INGREDIENTS:
2 large saba (sliced in 2)
1/2 c brown sugar
4 tbsp powdered cinnamon
butter
ice cream
chocolate syrup (optional)
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Dip saba in sugar-cinnamon mix. Fry using butter.
Remove from pan and dry in paper towel. Top with ice cream and syrup before serving.
