TORTANG TALONG

INGREDIENTS:
eggplant
egg
salt
cooking oil
catsup
rice

DIRECTIONS:
Grill the eggplant. Remove skin. Dip eggplant in egg. Fry in oil (pour the remaining egg on top of eggplant. Plate with rice (or fried rice para mas masarap). Smother with catsup for best results!
