Ingredients:
Spanish Sardines (I used the bottled Zaragoza for this one)
wheat tortilla bread
black olives
onions
bell pepper
cottage cheese
parmesan cheese
olive oil
salt & pepper
dried basil leaves
dried thyme
Cooking Instructions:
1. Lay tortilla bread on a flat surface and drizzle with olive oil.2. Top with spanish sardines, onions, black olives, bell pepper and cottage cheese (use whatever topping you want)
3. Season with salt & pepper, basil leaves and thyme (you can actually use whatever herbs and spices you want).
4. Add parmesan cheese and drizzle some more olive oil on top.
5. Pop into oven toaster and cook for 5 minutes (or less, depending on how quickly the tortilla bread cooks).
6. Serve hot.
