SPINACH DIP

INGREDIENTS:
finely chopped spinach
finely chopped onions
finely chopped bell pepper
finely chopped celery
sour cream
mayonnaise
salt and pepper (to taste)
garlic powder
parmesan cheese
juice of half a lemon

INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together. Chill before serving. It actually tastes better a few days after.

*I really can't remember my proportions. Tancha-tancha lang. I realized though that the spinach, onions, bell pepper and celery should be of equal amounts for better taste. Sour cream should be more than mayo.

*I used the same dip for baked dory marinade. I just seasoned the dory, added bread crumbs in the spinach dip, placed it over dory and baked for 15 mins. Tasted awesome.
