INGREDIENTS

All purpose cream (1 tetra pack)
Evaporated milk (1small can)
1 medium onion (finely chopped)
4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
Salt & pepper
Cooking oil
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix cream, milk, onion, garlic, salt and pepper to make marinade. Add porkchops to the mix and marinate for 45mins to 1 hour (can also do overnight). Fry porkchops in cooking oil.
